Refer your patients for expert, caring fertility treatment

The Czech Republic, Poland, Greece and Spain were cheaper - but again there were no photos to choose from. So I started looking myself, for a clinic in Russia (known for excellent medical practice in all areas). I thought I should choose a good city, so I could distract my anxiety about the IVF by visiting so many beautiful places, but I also wanted not to be overcrowded. This is how I decided for St. Petersburg. I wrote to several clinics in the city and this one caught my attention because of the success rates, the results achieved and the person I first came into contact with - Aleksandar Marinincev. He had such a calm energy, so comforting tone of voice, answered my 1000 questions, and sent me everything I asked for- so I can say that he was the main reason for my decision. Our written conversation lasted 3 months. He never asked for payment for the consultations (I could have backed up in between... great that I didn't) so for the first time in this IVF race I found clinic that values me as a person more than the money. Now I am so gratefull that I decided to go to them, since d-r Diana Lobzeva succeded from the first trial. I am pregnant waiting for hearthbeat, can you imagine!!! I am still afraid to be happy :-( The procedure it self was very transparent, I could see every step, the basicly showed me the embrion on big screen, I saw how they put it in the pipette, they made the trasfer, they washed the pipette in front of me (I could see both the labaratory behind big glass walls where the embriologist was handling my embrio and I also had big screen in front of me to watch everything up close. After the transfer they made a ultrasound photo and washed the pipette so I can be shure that the embrio is in me. The clinic is so clean as the whole city was, the personal was very polite so I totaly recomend them!!!

From our first communication until the completion of my treatment, he was always responsive, patient, kind and incredibly supportive. Guiding me through every step, answered my many questions, helped with the practical arrangements and made what could otherwise have been a stressful international treatment experience feel organised and manageable. I am equally so grateful to my doctor, Dr. Diana, whose professionalism, expertise and calm approach gave me great confidence throughout the process. I would also like to recognise the embryology and genetics team. Their work is such an important part of this journey, even though much of it happens behind the scenes. What impressed me most about this clinic was the combination of high medical standards, excellent organisation, and genuinely compassionate care. As an international patient, communication and trust are extremely important, and throughout the entire process I felt supported, respected and well informed.

Regardless of how emotionally demanding fertility treatment can be, my experience with this clinic has been extremely positive. Since I was coming to the clinic from another country, he helped me with everything, including the necessary letters and documents for crossing the border. He kept me informed about every step and every stage of the process, and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Even after I left the country following the embryo transfer, I continued to receive excellent support and could always reach out with questions by email.

I was fortunate to be followed by two doctors, Dr. Diana Lobzeva and Dr. Diana Asaeva, and I am very grateful to both of them. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the experience I had at this clinic. IVF can be an emotionally demanding journey, especially when you are travelling from another country, but the professionalism, kindness, organisation, and personal attention of the entire team made the process much easier and gave me a great sense of confidence and support.

From our very first interaction, Alex Marinichev treated us with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. He guided us through every step of the process, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we always knew what to expect. Superb Clinic and great services by all staff. Very friendly approach and professionalism to the smallest details. I struggled with infertility for 17 years and went through many attempts to become a mother, including 17 unsuccessful IVF cycles at different clinics in Serbia and the Czech Republic. After several unsuccessful treatments in Greece and Ukraine (donor sperm, own egg IVF), I came across NGC positive reviews while searching online. I was really desperate as 5 years passed and I was still in the same place. I had my doubts at the beginning (mostly related to the international situation and the military conflict), but I can say now that this was the best that happened to me in the last 10 years. My leading doctor (Dr V) was amazing and very patient answering questions and advising on outcomes (first meeting was via Zoom). The whole team was highly professional, but it was my coordinator who helped most. He helped with all admin/ forms to complete, logistics for travel and was just there for me any time of day for reassurance.

Upon arrival at the clinic, I found the clinic premises to be clean, technologically advanced and highly professional. My coordinator (A.) was already waiting for me, asking questions about the hotel and the journey. After years of wasting my money and - more importantly - my precious biological time, I finally found the clinic that really cared. NGC is the clinic you need if you seriously want to be a parent. Shortly after the visit, I discovered I am pregnant. After an easy, normal pregnancy, I am a mother now to a healthy, happy and beautiful baby. (treatment: sperm and egg donation)

We had a really great experience with the donor program and got results on the very first try - healthy embryos, and one of them is already our son. All our wishes were taken into account, and we really appreciated the support during the more sensitive parts of choosing a donor. Alexander’s coordination was amazing. The lab is very impressive. We had various medical treatments without any success in our country, so we decided our only option left was to have IVF with an egg donor. To be able to choose the donor by ourselves, based on pictures, in a big European database was very important for us. The staff, receptionists, translators, medical professors were first-class. The clinic helped us to organize all that we required for the travel, which took the stress away and supported us for the time we spent there.

The clinic was clean, well-organized, and modern. In conclusion, we had an enjoyable stay in St Petersburg, a warm welcome from the staff of the clinic, and the most important, the success with the pregnancy. So we highly recommend this clinic!

I'm writing this review with the most precious gift in my arms, my much longed for baby girl, who was born in March of this year, thanks to the wonderful treatment and care that I received from the team at NGC. For the first time during my years of treatments I felt that I was really being listened to and my concerns being addressed. No stone was left unturned! I found the clinic to be impressive and immaculate and so much more modern and advanced than previous clinics I had been treated at in the UK.

I fell pregnant that first cycle and was over the moon. I will forever be so very grateful for the care and support received at NGC and I simply can't recommend them enough!

When we wanted a sibling for our daughter we turned to NGC in St.-Petersburg. Alex from NGC was very helpful in providing us with information, egg donors, pricing and logistics. He set us up with Dr Valentina Denisova who gave us an hour of her time and explained and advised us on the medical possibilities, requirements and procedures of the NGC via video conference. Firstly I would like to thank Alex and Dr Valentina for the level of care and compassion shown to me throughout our IVF journey. The communication and response time was second to none. Replies within the hour! Dr Valentina was very reassuring when I become anxious or I had any sort of worries/concerns, she always put me at ease answering any questions I may of had.

"All in all, an exceptional experience." After we had experiences with fertility clinics in three different countries in Europe (two of them in the EU), we chose Next Generation Clinic (NGC) in St. Petersburg, Russia. Our choice was initially based on the fact that they offer a large database of donors. Donors are often already genetically screened, and the process of getting the biological material is significantly easier than in other places.

We were really satisfied with the treatment, and support. The response time is very short and communication is easy, professional and to the point. Whenever we travelled to St. Petersburg, the clinic organized our transportation to and from the airport at their expense and helped us with the best money exchange place. The clinic offered great care and a personalized treatment plan that was well-rooted in the care of the patient in the first place. We are planning to go for a second child since we are currently pregnant with a girl and we are hoping for a boy as well.
