Marina Chalikova is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the NGC clinic network in Russia, comprising six specialized centers.

Since May 2012 she has led the organization, dedicating her professional career to the strategic development of the brand and the international expansion of its services.

Under her leadership, NGC has established itself as a benchmark in delivering high-quality medical care to international patients, with a particular focus on achieving successful pregnancies in the most effective and personalized way possible.

Within this framework, Ms. Chalikova spearheaded the creation of the NGC Cryobank in Russia, one of the largest in the country, which currently collaborates with more than 250 clinics across Russia and abroad for the distribution and shipment of donor materials.

With over 18 years of experience in building a comprehensive donor base, Marina Chalikova has made a significant contribution to the advancement of reproductive medicine and to the consolidation of NGC as a leader in this field.
