3X IVF with PGT-A
For patients under 35 treating with their own eggs, with an ovarian reserve that supports three stimulation cycles. Three full IVF cycles, genetic testing of every embryo obtained, and transfers of all euploid embryos are covered by a single fixed fee.
The program is fulfilled when a gestational sac is observed during transvaginal ultrasound. If a clinical pregnancy is not achieved after all included embryo transfers, the program fee is fully refunded, subject to the program's terms and conditions.

Egg Donation with PGT-A
For patients up to 45 with low ovarian reserve, diminished egg quality, or repeated unsuccessful cycles with their own eggs. Donor selection, the full donor cycle, genetic testing of every embryo and up to three transfers are covered by a single fixed fee.

For couples who need both donor eggs and donor sperm, and for solo patients. No ovarian stimulation is required: the embryos are already in the NGC embryo bank, so the program can start without waiting for a donor cycle.

How the Guarantee Program Works
You send your medical history, test results and previous cycle reports. A fertility specialist reviews them against the qualification criteria and recommends a program.
You receive an individual treatment plan, the full program terms and the treatment contract, including the refund conditions, before any payment is made.
50% is paid on the day you arrive for the program, the balance by the time of your first embryo transfer. Payment is made only after the contract is signed, so the refund terms are agreed before any money changes hands.
Some tests can be done at your local clinic and sent to us; others are performed at NGC on arrival. We send you the exact list with validity periods.
For 3X IVF: ovarian stimulation with ultrasound monitoring. For donor programs: selection from the extended donor database and matching of the donor cycle to your schedule.

I had an excellent experience with NGC Clinic. From the initial communication with Dr. Diana and Alex to my arrival at the airport — everything was perfectly organised. I struggled with infertility for 17 years and went through many attempts to become a mother, including 17 unsuccessful IVF cycles at different clinics in Serbia and the Czech Republic. We had various medical treatments without any success in our country, so we decided our only option left was to have IVF with an egg donor. No, and it is worth understanding why. Live-birth programs exist at some European clinics and cost considerably more, because the clinic carries the risk for nine months instead of a few weeks. NGC uses a clinical pregnancy endpoint to keep the price lower and the terms unambiguous.

Yes, in all three programs — and this is the main thing to check when comparing refund offers. Most European guarantee programs charge for PGT-A per embryo on top of the package price, or transfer untested embryos altogether.
Not all at once. You pay 50% on the day you arrive for the program, and the balance by the time of your first embryo transfer. Payment is made only after you have received and signed the treatment contract, so the refund terms are agreed in advance.
Eligibility and treatment
A fertility specialist reviews your documents and answers before you commit to anything — free and remotely. Eligibility rests on age, BMI, ovarian reserve and the absence of conditions that reduce the chance of implantation.
Treatment is usually still possible under a standard plan. Not qualifying is a statement about the number of attempts we can realistically promise, not about your chances of having a child.
Up to 35 for 3X IVF, up to 45 for both donor programs. The difference is egg quality: with your own eggs, age drives the result; with donor eggs, it does not.
BMI up to 30 kg/m² in all three programs. It affects response to stimulation, the safety of anaesthesia during retrieval, and implantation — with a limited number of attempts, each one has to have a realistic chance.
