IVF

The IVF method is the oldest and the most successful method used in infertility treatment. Its efficiency rate is over 50%.

The IVF process involves stimulating the growth of eggs, their retrieval from the ovaries and in vitro fertilization with the partner’s or donor’s sperm. The fertilized egg is cultured and then transferred into the uterus.

IVF is performed in order to overcome certain medical complications. Before the procedure is launched, the couple undergoes a thorough medical examination. Our patients can complete all steps of the check-up at NGC. If the tests reveal no contraindications, the fertility specialist prepares an individual treatment plan, including ovarian stimulation protocol. All fertility medications can be purchased at our in-house pharmacy. Your fertility specialist will perform follicular growth scans to ensure the right timing and the absolute safety of your treatment process.

If you have your own gynecologist who is able to initiate ovarian stimulation at their office, you may come to NGC only for egg retrieval and embryo transfer.

Artificial insemination

Artificial insemination is an ART procedure that is closest to natural conception. Sperm is injected into the woman’s uterine cavity with the help of a special catheter. Depending on the circumstances, donor biomaterial can be used. It is obligatory to check the patency of the fallopian tubes, and complete a general health check-up beforehand..

Egg and sperm donation

If our patient is sadly incapable of using their own oocytes or sperm, NGC offers high quality donor services. You are free to choose your donor from our vast database that contains more than 650 donors. We find it very important that our patient feels connected to their donor. Our extended donor profiles include child and adult pictures, and present as much information as possible which helps make the decision with comfort and ease. You will be able to learn everything about your donor’s biometrics and health status, kids and relatives, education level, current occupation, as well as access handwriting and voice samples, and much more!

All our donors pass genetic counseling and take inherited diseases screening test. For this test, NGC has implemented an in-house genetics panel named NextGen21.The panel rules out genetic diseases common in the local population.

We know that egg donation is often one of the family’s best-kept secret. If you happen to think differently and want to leave your child a bridge to their donor, NGC is one of the few clinics that is able to provide this opportunity under Open ID program conditions.

Our sperm donors are selected based on the quality of their biomaterial. The high standards we set for the donor sperm always allow for both IVF and ICSI.

Embryo Adoption

Our bank holds more than 450 embryos created from donor eggs and sperm that can be selected for an embryo adoption program. The catalogue is fully available online. Our patients can also choose a genetically tested embryo which will ensure complete safety of their future pregnancy or apply for a double donation program where embryos will be conceived using the donor biomaterials of completely their choice. Many of our donors will agree to an Open ID program per patient’s request

ICSI

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is the administration of sperm directly into oocyte cytoplasm. If there are indications for ICSI, our embryologists can perform the procedure using the latest Integra micromanipulator with an inverted Olympus microscope. Application of this technology significantly increases the likelihood of ovum fertilization and a successful pregnancy.

Preimplantation Genetic Testing – PGT-A

Preimplantation genetic testing of embryos obtained in IVF allows to select and transfer only healthy embryos. Our in-house genetic laboratory analyzes 23 pairs of chromosomes in one test (Array based comparative genomic hybridization, or CGH). The test shows if the embryo is genetically healthy, and hence promising.

Vitrification and freezing

Usage of modern cryogenic storage dewars with liquid nitrogen allows for lengthy storage of embryos, oocytes and sperm at low temperature mode. With the implementation of vitrification and cryopreservation processes, the survival rate after thawing is as high as 95%. It doesn’t matter for how long you are planning to store your biological material in the cryostorage - time has no impact on it. All biomaterials can be safely preserved for decades.

The scientific studies have confirmed that children born with the help of cryopreserved biomaterials have no increased risk of congenital diseases or malformations. Frozen embryo transfer success rate is virtually identical to fresh embryo transfer’s one.

Social egg freezing (postponed maternity, vitrification of oocytes) has become a highly popular approach to conscious pregnancy planning in developed countries. A woman can practically stop her biological clock, focus on her personal and professional life, and become a happy mom once she feels ready for a child!

TESE, TESA, PESA, MESA

Male infertility treatment manipulations are prescribed in case of severe andrological diseases, such as azoospermia and ejaculation disorders. These procedures provide the spermatozoa required for fertilization, in cases where it is impossible to obtain sperms naturally.

NGC offers the following treatment solutions:

• Percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA)
• Microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA)

Our experienced urologist manages to obtain sperms in the most difficult cases. NGC andrology lab also has ability to cryopreserve single spermatozoa.

Surrogate Maternity

When all attempts to carry a child fail, surrogacy program may become the solution. NGC clinic helps in the selection of a surrogate mother, conducts the IVF and embryo transfer procedure, manages the pregnancy, and generally assists all the way through the process.

• Absence of uterus (congenital or acquired);
